A candidate (Au pair / Nanny) may apply for a job posting without becoming a Premium Member. The request will be sent to the family with your contact details if the family has Premium membership. In the event that the family is not a Premium Member we will send them limited details and invite them to become a Premium Member in order to contact you.

A Family may contact a job seeker without becoming a Premium Member. The request will be sent to the job seeker with your contact details if the job seeker has Premium membership. In the event that the job seeker is not a Premium Member we will send them limited details and invite them to become a Premium Member in order to contact you.

In normal circumstances it highly recommended for famailies to become Premium members so that suitable job seekers may contact them easily and they may contact job seekers directly.
